This Privacy Policy explains how SimplySigned ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you visit simplysigned.co (the "Site") or join our waitlist. It covers the marketing website only. The SimplySigned application, once available, will have its own terms and privacy documentation.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you email us to join the waitlist or to get in touch, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message.
  • Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics we use may automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the Site.

2. How we use information

  • To add you to and manage the launch waitlist.
  • To respond to your questions and messages.
  • To notify you about availability, updates, and launch news related to SimplySigned.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Site and the waitlist:

  • Service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, email, and analytics providers), acting on our instructions.

We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@simplysigned.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honour applicable rights and respond within the timeframes those laws require.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
