These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimplySigned website at simplysigned.co (the "Site") and the launch waitlist. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational marketing website for the upcoming SimplySigned product. The product is not yet generally available. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services, and access to the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product.
2. Waitlist
You may join the waitlist by contacting us. Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side. We may contact you about availability and launch news, and you can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@simplysigned.co.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and the SimplySigned name, are owned by SimplySigned or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not use our branding without our written permission.
